The story of SAISONS began in the early 1990s.
This grand establishment, rich in history and tradition, passionately cultivates
the French art of living.
The restaurant is open Monday through Friday
for lunch and dinner service.

The SAISONS Restaurant is located west of Lyon, in the heart of Ecully
in the Château du Parc du Vivier,
built in 1882 by a famous family of silk merchants from Lyon: the Cottin family.
The Restaurant Saisons opened its doors in 1990, when the Institut Paul Bocuse
(now the Institut Lyfe) was founded by Gérard Pélisson and Paul Bocuse himself.
Led by Chef Florian Pansin in the kitchen and Sébastien Candusso in the dining room, the entire team at Restaurant SAISONS will be delighted to take you on a culinary journey, where you can enjoy Michelin-starred cuisine (since 2020),
combining history and modernity with seasonal products!
